Return/Refund Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns on products once the order is dispatched, handed over or
picked up by courier.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds once order is processed. Refunds are only made before
the order is processed.

1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event, if your product arrives
damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with photo evidence (pictures of unopened parcel and opened parcel must be
attached). We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

2. Change of Mind: Please select the desired product carefully. If you change
your mind, let us know immediately before the order is processed and ready
to be dispatched. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, we
would be unable to process your request to change the order.

Exchanges

Due to the composition/formulation, nature of ingredients of our products, we do
not offer exchanges.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund (only for unprocessed orders), please contact us immediately
with the following details:
 Order number
 Reason for refund


We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7-10 business days after approval.
